Shipping & Delivery policy

ComicKart is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We try to ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post.

Flat Shipping & Handling charge for each order

The shipping & handling charge for each order is a flat Rs 100, irrespective of the number of products/items ordered. This policy may be changed as and when required. While ordering the products you may or may not see a shipping charge of Rs 100 for each product, but while making payment only Rs 100 will be charged for the entire order. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days after or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order in notes. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Wrong Address?

If the delivery address entered by the Customer is wrong due to which the package returns back or does not return back, then customer is liable to pay for re-shipping or bear the loss as per the status of the package. So request every buyer to enter the correct data and recheck the Address before confirming the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 8369483642 or email us at comickartindia@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

International Orders & Shipping

Currently, we do not accept international orders and do not ship overseas.

Bank Deposit Orders

Orders placed via Bank Deposit payment mode is valid for 3 working days unless notified by the customer. After 3 days the order will be cancelled if there is no communication by the customer regarding the same.

ComicKart believes in helping its customers as far as possible.

How do I cancel an order on comickart.com?

No cancellations are allowed once an order has been placed.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if any will be sought to made in the same form that the payment is received or will be done in some other method. It will approximately be done in 12 business days from the day the decision is taken.

Return Policy

Purchases cannot be exchanged or returned, unless there is a mistake in sending the right product. In case of backissue comics or any printed material, please look at the grading, notes & image photos / scans of the products before buying.

But, if you are not satisfied with the transaction, please send a mail to comickartindia@gmail.com. We will look into it.
